The larger boats are in-the-water.  There are a number of smaller boats on display on the ‘hard’.  And yes, you can board all of the boats whether they are in the water or on land display.  During the day, the docks can become quite busy.  For smaller children PFDs are recommended.  Unfortunately, we don’t provide them at the show, so please bring your own.
